* Deep - Clean: In a large bowl, mash half cup thoroughly washed strawberries with the same amount of curd. Strawberries contain salicylic acid, which leaves the skin smooth and tight, and the / milder acids in milk products have a softening effect. * Moisturize: Toss a handful of sunflower petals into a hot bath, and follow with a body treatment made from the juice of several lemons and a tablespoon or two of baby oil. Rub the mixture on your skin, concentrating on your elbows and knees.
* Tone Oily Skin: The antioxidant lycopene,

found in tomatoes, helps refresh skin and cleanse pores. Mix 2 tablespoons tomato pulp with 1 tablespoon or cornmeal to form a paste. Leave the mask on for about 10 minutes. To make an astringent: Use a juicer to extract the juices from a large slice of watermelon and a cucumber, then add 2 tablespoons of rose water or witch hazel. Using a cotton ball, bathe the skin with the solution.
* Condition Hair: For beautiful tresses, try luscious conditioner. First, pour 1 cup hot water over half cup fresh rosebuds or petals and let steep. In a blender, combine 1 medium-size banana, peeled and chopped, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 tablespoon coconut, macadamia nut or almond oil. Add the rose mixture, and blend until smooth.
